United States Bankruptcy Court For The Eastern District Of Kentucky Standing Order

Effective June 1, 2007, Local Rule E.D. Ky. LBR 9014-1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
RULE 9014-1. HEARINGS ON MOTIONS

Motions, objections or applications that have not been resolved by or cannot
await resolution by the notice and opportunity for a hearing process, including
responses to any such motions, objections or applications, shall be noticed for hearing
in the division in which the case is pending, except Frankfort division cases shall be
scheduled for Lexington division, as follows

Ashland Division
All matters at 10:30 a.m.

Covington Division
a) All chapter 13 matters (except valuation hearings) at 10:00 a.m.
b) Chapter 7, 11 and 12 motions for relief from stay at 1:45 p.m.
c) All other chapter 7, 11 and 12 matters at 2:00 p.m.
d) Valuation hearings at 2:30 p.m.

Frankfort Division
All matters at 10:00 a.m. in Lexington.
Lexington Division – Chapter 13 Cases
All chapter 13 matters at 9:30 a.m.

Lexington Division – Matters Assigned to Judge Joe Lee
a) Chapter 13 matters should not be noticed for this day. See Lexington Division –
Chapter 13 Cases.
b) Relief from stay matters at 10:30 a.m.
c) All other matters at 10:45 a.m.

Lexington Division – Matters Assigned to Judge Joseph M. Scott, Jr.
a) Chapter 13 matters should not be noticed for this day. See Lexington Division –
Chapter 13 Cases.
b) All other matters at 9:00 a.m.
Lexington Division – Matters Assigned to Judge William S. Howard

a) Chapter 13 matters should not be noticed for this day. See Lexington Division – Chapter 13 Cases.
b) Relief from stay matters at 10:00 a.m.
c) All other matters (except valuation hearings) at 10:15 a.m.
d) Valuation hearings at 10:45 a.m.

London Division
All matters at 10:00 a.m.
Pikeville Division
a) Relief from stay matters for all chapters at 11:00 a.m.
b) All other chapter 7, 11 and 12 matters at 11:10 a.m.
c) All chapter 13 matters (except valuation hearings) at 11:30 a.m.
d) Valuation hearings at 11:45 a.m.
